Sharing Your Vision
Connect with us via our contact form and we'll call you asap! From our initial conversation, we'll schedule a Visioning Session. This is where we'll get to know you and understand your goals, budget, location, and timeline. If you're in search of a lot for your dream home, we can help with that too!

Assembling the Team
After understanding your vision, we'll have you complete a personalized Building Agreement. If you already have your floor plan, perfect! If you're needing additional architectural design, we'll connect you with our preferred architect. We then introduce you to our greatest asset, our people, and organize the perfect team (from designers to project manager) to craft your dream home.

The Build
Now that the plan and team are in place - it's time to start construction of your home! Through this process you'll have access to a real time schedule, daily log updates, scheduled client walk throughs and budget reviews. We understand this process is about relationships, and our unparalleled client experience is what sets Back 9 apart.

Welcome Home!
Before we hand over the keys, our team will do a final walk through to make sure every last detail is perfect. We then schedule a "Reveal" to help celebrate and welcome you home! Don't worry you're not done with us yet, after you move in we offer an extensive warranty process.
